I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission at any time.

Communication must remain respectful during the entire process: insults and other untoward behaviour will result in your commission being cancelled.

You are beholden to this TOS even after the finished commission has been handed over. You will not use my art in any of the ways deemed inappropriate in my terms.

Payment can be either full upfront or split depending on the commission type. Split means you will pay half upfront and half at the halfway point of your commission progress. If you are requesting any addons beyond the base price then you will pay the addon price upfront.

I take payment through PayPal invoice in USD. If you are Canadian, let me know if you would like to use E-transfer instead and pay in CAD - note that CAD prices will be converted from USD.

Fees for various addons and other requests will vary depending on their complexity.

Depending on request complexity, I may be able to rush your commission for a fee if you have a tight deadline. The amount charged will vary depending on the type of commission.

Please use clear wording and ensure clarity of purpose when filling out commission forms. Avoid acronyms, slang, and other shorthand to minimize confusion.

When commissioning an original character, please provide clear reference images. If your character does not already have a visual design, please choose the character design addon when filling out the form. The price will vary depending on commission type.

Mood boards, collages, and rough sketches regardless of your artistic ability are greatly encouraged!

Please respond to messages in a timely manner.

Please check the Trello board first for your commission progress before messaging me about an update. This keeps us both on the same page to streamline communication. You are free to ask for updates every now and again - just don't spam my inbox!

You assume full responsibility for any important information that you fail to provide me during the commission process that results in me being unable to provide a completely satisfactory final product. Ex. unclear references, failed to ask for changes at check-in stages, etc.

2D commissions include checking in with you at the sketch, base colour, and pre-final stages

I will send over the final sketch for full confirmation before continuing.

3D commissions include checking in with you at the blocking, detailing, and texturing stages. If you are commissioning a character and require additional rigging on top of my base rig, I will also check in with you at the rigging stage.

I will do my best to complete your commission in a timely manner, but please understand various personal circumstances may hinder my progress. I will always inform you of any roadblocks along the way and communicate with you the best I can. I ask for your patience to ensure that I am able to deliver you the best possible work I can.

2D: At the sketch stage you are free to ask for one major change, such as posing and composition, and multiple minor changes, such as small detail and proportion adjustments.

After the sketch stage only a limited amount of minor changes will be allowed.

3D: At the blocking stage you are free to ask for one major change, such as changing character accessories or clothing.

After the blocking stage you will only be allowed minor changes: what is considered an acceptable change will vary depending on your subject's complexity. Due to the complex nature of 3D topology and the extra time it takes compared to 2D art, I cannot guarantee being able to accommodate your changes, but I will try my best. Please be aware of this limitation and try to lock down your design decisions during the blocking stage.

If you would like more revisions beyond the ones that come with your commission, you will have to pay additional fees depending on the complexity and the amount.

What counts as major and minor changes are up to my discretion; please trust in my judgment as an artist.

I, the artist, retain the rights over all work commissioned from me.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media. You may ask to remain anonymous in my posts.

I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork. You may ask to remain anonymous in these.

Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work are copyrighted to their original owners.

Your commission is solely for your personal use, unless you have purchased commercial rights.

You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work. If you have purchased commercial rights, you must also credit me when using the commissioned work.

You must purchase the rights from me if you want to use the work commercially - the amount will vary depending on the type of commission.

Print the work for personal use.

Crop and/or resize the work to use as an avatar/header/etc.

Use the work as reference for your own study.

Post the work online with credit to me clearly stated.

Claim the artwork as yours.

Trace the artwork and claim the resulting work is yours.

Remove my seal/signature.

Alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.

Colour in my sketches or lineart.

Take my sketches or lineart to other artists for them to "finish".

Use the commissioned piece in any way with relation to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.

Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.

Once I have delivered the approved final product, refunds are not permitted.

You may not file a chargeback against me after you have approved of the final product.

You may cancel the commission at any time, at which point I will refund you an amount equal to the work I haven't finished.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time.

Design fee: $75 USD for "Character Reference Sheet" commission type, $20 USD all other types.

Design fee: $10+ USD depending on complexity.

VFX: $10+ USD depending on complexity.
